Full service building business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Building access is available 24/7 by “My BECO Passport” access card.


The Fitness Center is located in Charlotte Park II (4601 Charlotte Park Dr.) and is available 24/7 by “My BECO Passport” access card.


At a full-service building, perimeter building doors are secured during non-business hours. A “My BECO Passport” access card is required for entry. The park grounds are maintained by a security service patrol contractor periodically between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m., seven days a week


The building has instituted a single stream recycling program. All items may be discarded in one can, as the service provider separates the recyclable items at their site.


Available for smaller meetings in a relaxed setting at Charlotte Park III (4651 Charlotte Park Dr.). Reserve online with your “My BECO Passport” access card.


Conference Centers are located in Airport Plaza (5260 Parkway Plaza Blvd.) and Charlotte Park II (4601 Charlotte Park Dr.) and are available by reservation with your “My BECO Passport” access card.


Located in Charlotte Park I (4501 Charlotte Park Dr.) and Charlotte Park III (4651 Charlotte Park Dr.). Accessible 24/7 by “My BECO Passport” access card.


Complimentary Wi-Fi service is available in our indoor and outdoor common areas including lobbies, Conference Rooms, and Fitness Centers. To use the service, open a browser on your laptop or mobile device and accept the agreement. Network name is “beconetWiFi”.


USPS picks up and delivers Monday through Friday. Fed Ex and UPS offers delivery Monday through Friday. Drop boxes are located in or near each business park. There is no scheduled pick-up on Saturday or Sunday.

Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside suites and common areas and within 20 feet of any building or suite entrance. All buildings have a designated smoking area. Please inquire with Property Management for your specific location.
